Every Woman's Place is supported by a variety of funding sources from individual donors to federal grants. Each donor is a critical part of the successes we have achieved over the past twenty-six years. The support of local donors, individual and businesses makes up 12% of our annual income. We thank you for your support
Individuals or local businesses interested in supporting our efforts have a variety of opportunities that can benefit you and/or your business.

50% of your donation could come right back to you. The law allows a taxpayer to reduce Michigan Income Tax or Single Business Tax liability by a credit of 50% of the amount contributed to a Homeless Shelter/Food Bank, subject to a maximum credit of:
$100 for an individual filing singly.
(Based on a $200 contribution.)
$200 for married filing jointly.
(Based on a $400 contribution.)
These wonderful women walked into the agency last month and made everyone smile. Not only did they bring cheer and goodwill, but also over a dozen handmade quilts and baby receiving blankets. Many times a child or mother will become particularly attached to a special quilt while staying in the shelter. With the generosity of women like these, they can take that quilt to their new home. Thank you ladies for making that possible and for truly caring about your community.
