Walk-in crisis interventions Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm

Our Emergency Services Coordinator is here Monday through Friday to assist you on a first-come, first-serve basis. We also have several staff members who provide back-up assistance in this area, so there is always someone available. This coordinator will conduct your initial assesment and gather information on how our agency can best help you.

The coordinator can also direct you to agencies that provide food assistance, formula and diapers, financial assistance and a variety of other community resources.

If the agency receives donations of personal care items such as shampoo, toothpaste, and deodarant in excess of what our clients in the shelter areas are using, the coordinator will also give these items out to those in need.

We can also provide you with a clothing voucher, which gives you access to clothing and goods donated to our agency and are available according to need. We limit clothing vouchers to one per household every 30 days in order to distribute these items fairly.

Individual counseling

If you are seeking domestic violence and/or sexual assault counseling services for yourself or your children, we have several qualified staff members to assist you. Depending on what type of services you are seeking, the Emergency Services Coordinator will make a referral to the appropriate staff member and that staff person will contact you to set up an appointment.
